I bring over 25 years of varied experience in virtually every aspect of acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, asset management, disposition, building revitalization and strategic plans. As an expert in real estate and development financing, my strengths include a keen understanding of financial and feasibility analysis, land use analysis, commercial investment trends, transaction negotiations, and market assessment for investors.

I have managed a portfolio of over $100 million which consisted of retail sites, ground leases, warehouses and offices. I have also navigated the legal and technical aspects of the California redevelopment agency dissolution, developed site-specific, large-scale strategies for the management, disposition and development of real estate assets, and assisted with the preparation and implementation of comprehensive dissolution strategies which successfully re-captured a real estate portfolio whose long-term value was greater than 1 billion dollars.

A few fun facts about me is love the sport of equestrian, I spend my free time in the garden, and love hosting parties in my home.
